How do I create a jpeg image with random colors for each pixel
I want to create a jpeg image in Mathematica that is created by a for loop, where the loop creates a random RGB color for each pixel. The pixel count is user specified (eg. 800x600 for example), so it will vary based on the size of the resulting image.
I've tried using ImageTransformation, but it doesn't allow me to specify an arbitrary matrix, and it seems like a duplicate of this question. I also looked at this question, but it's hard to know what's being asked for when it's not clear.

Here is a simple example
data = RandomReal[1, {100, 100}];
img = ImageTransformation[ExampleData[{"TestImage", "Lena"}],
Colorize[data]];
You can then use ImageExport to save it
Export["lena.jpg", img];
Note you should probably use "Data" instead of "TestImage". Data is a bit more descriptive. Also, you don't need "jpg" in the Export.

We performed a randomized crossover study in an adult cardiopulmonary unit, in order to investigate the influence of the rate of change of arterial oxygen tension (AOT) on the sequence of desaturation and re-oxygenation episodes during ventilation. The AOT was changed over a 30 min period by increasing and decreasing the fraction of inspired oxygen (FiO2) by 0.3 steps at 20 min intervals, in the following sequence: 0.3, 0.0, 0.3, 0.0, 0.3. Each sequence of FiO2 was followed by a period of 5 min at each of the six FiO2 levels; the only other intervention was to set the rate of mechanical ventilation to 60 or 150 breaths min(-1).
